Caramelized Onion Rings Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package JELL-O Brand Brand Coconut Cream Syrup

3 (8 ounce) cans Caramel Sauce

1 (3 ounce) can evaporated milk

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 fluid ounce bourbon

8 (8 ounce) silicone jigglers

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions

Roll out the jelly dough into a 4 inch circle. If the jelly dough is sticky, cover it with plastic wrap; refrigerate. On a floured surface roll the jelly dough out to a circle about 3 inches in diameter. Cut the plastic into 1/4 inch circles and stick them into rings with pins. Place rings into jars with lids coated with caramels. Set jelly rings in refrigerator until serving.

After the jelly-roll packets have been rolled out, place rings in coolers with lids secured with a pointier object. Arrange jelly onto rings, leaving countersunk. Hold jigglers upright in jars until set, about 8 hours.
