2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/3 cup white sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar until well blended. Mix flour into the creamed mixture until fully incorporated. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the parchment paper. Roll in pecans, making sure to coat.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. Allow cookies to cool completely before cutting into squares.
