Wingspan Pork Infused Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup chicken broth

1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried sage

1 1/2 teaspoons honey

1/4 cup olive oil

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried sage

1 teaspoon dried dried thyme

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon water

1 cup sliced celery

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, chicken broth, pepper, paprika, sage, honey, olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil and black pepper. Mix well. Transfer the mixture to metal or plastic bags and seal with a spatula.

Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until chicken is tender. Remove from oven and sprinkle with celery.
