1 (1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package instant KRAFT® peanut butter
2 tablespoons boiling water
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2 cups chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, cream cheese and peanut butter. Beat until smooth. Gradually blend in boiling water until smooth. Stir in corn syrup until well blended. Beat into creamed mixture. Roll cookies into 1 inch balls. Place 1/2 inch apart on prepared cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool slightly on baking sheet. Serve warm or cold.
