Two Minute Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package strawberry cake mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 cup strawberry-flavored carbonated beverage

1 (8 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate

1 (10 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 cup strawberries, sliced

1 (8 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O mix

1/2 cup water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round pans.

Prepare and bake cake according to package directions. Spread batter evenly into prepared pans; cut out indentations using rounded biscuit edges.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into center of each pan comes out clean. Cool completely before removing from pans. Cool completely on wire rack.

Prepare and bake lemonade according to package directions. Spread evenly into prepared pans. Cool completely before removing from pans. Cool completely on wire rack.

In a mixing bowl, beat lemonade until stiff. Spread lemonade over cakes as directed on package. Garnish cake with sliced strawberries and whipped topping. Chill until serving time.

Cut the cake into 8 wedges. Using a large fork, scoop lemonade mixture into wedges, forming multicolored swirls. Finish with whipped topping.
