2 pounds pork butt roast
salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup soy cooking wine
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Remove a piece of the ribs and bone marrow to iron the meat. Place on a large shallow baking dish or rack, face down.
Sprinkle the soy sauce, brown sugar, brown sugar, soy sauce, and cooking wine over the meat. Cover with a piece of toothpicks or foil and wrap the meat.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 40 to 45 minutes, or until internal temperature of meat reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
