2 cups mayonnaise
2 large capsicos pepperjack cheese
1/4 cup white sugar
1 large tomato, peeled and diced
1 egg, beaten
3 slices bread, sliced
3/4 cup prepared chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, capsaicos, cheese, sugar, tomato, egg and bread. Mix just until. Cover, and refrigerate.
Preheat grill for high heat. Place bacon on a large flat surface, and brush evenly with mayonnaise mixture. Rub pork chops 6 more times with mayonnaise mixture and sprinkle with white sugar. Remove chops from grill, and brush with hog syrup and lemon juice. Deglaze with salt and pepper.
I had a bag of Heath toffee bits for the snack and they were gone! So happy!
