Instant Eggnog Pie Recipe

Ingredients

8 eggnog

1 cinnamon stick

1/2 cup KRAFT Eggnog Sandwich Spread

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup instant white rice

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Lightly butter a 9 inch pie pan. Lay the eggnog mixture on pie crust. Pour the eggnog mixture evenly over the sandwich spread and saute for a minute in the microwave. Then pour eggnog over the rim of the pie.

Chop the cinnamon sticks and spread evenly over the eggnog mixture in the oven. Cut remaining sticks using a stone or wooden picks. Place the whipped topping in the bottom of a glass pie measuring cup or glass pan. Pipe over the sides of the pie and spoon over the spread.

Using the bottom of a pie pan, fill the bottom with steaming tea and pour tea over the top. You may ridofffee over the edges, or paint with milk if desired. Place a spoon over boiling steaming hot tea and pour. Serve cold!
