Mini Bushmills: Dried Fruit Mix Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup brown sugar

1 small orange, juiced

3 teaspoons lemon juice

1 cup butter

1 cup packed light brown sugar

Directions

In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, butter, brown sugar and light brown sugar until smooth. Bring to a boil and stir. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring frequently, for 1 minute, until mixture is thickened. Remove from heat and pour into small baking dishes. Cover and refrigerate at room temperature for 1 hour. Serve warm or cold.
