1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sliced onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 cups cooked turkey meat
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
Combine cream cheese, onion, celery, salt, milk, butter, flour and nutmeg into a large bowl. Mix until smooth. Spread mixture over cream cheese mixture in a single layer. Repeat with turkey, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and sliced mushrooms.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Arrange the rounds of aluminum foil and baking pans on a baking sheet. Bake 1 hour, turning once, until lightly browned. Cool slightly. Wrap and refrigerate.
