Orange Cream Cheese Pie Recipe

Ingredients

2 (7 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 (3 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate

2 cups milk

1 cup crushed pineapple

1 1/3 cups chopped pecans

1 cup butter, melted

3 eggs

2 tablespoons vanilla extract

1 tablespoon orange zest

3 cups whipping cream

1/2 cup nonfat milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven on broiler setting. Grease and flour one 12-inch pie pan.

In a medium mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, orange juice concentrate and milk. Mix in pineapple, pecans, butter, eggs, vanilla and orange zest. Mix in whipping cream, nonfat milk, orange rind and pecans. Drop mixture by thimble onto pie.

Flatten back of pastry; you may want to lightly press the fruit onto the edges to avoid splattering. Bake in preheated oven for 65 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes before carving under broiler. Serve warm or cold.
