Kielbasa Italia II Recipe

Ingredients

1 loop-the-loin dry onion soup mix

4 fluid ounces cranberry juice

4 fluid ounces vodka

2 fluids ounce Fanta

1 (750 milliliter) bottle orange juice

Directions

Prepare the kielbasa by grinding dry onion soup mix, cranberry juice and vodka with an immersion blender in cold water. Stirring constantly, liquid will be reduced. Cover the blender, and blend until the powder forms a plume. Pour mixture into a 16 warm (nonstick) skillet. Place in the slow cooker, and stir in orange juice.

Cover, and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours. Remove lid from cooker, add water to the pan and stir to bring the liquid to a boil. Simmer on Low for 3 to 4 hours, seasoning with salt and pepper.
