1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 600 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Melt Worcestershire sauce and butter in small bowl. Stir in chicken stock and cheese. Return chicken mixture to pot. Mix in Worcestershire sauce and cheese. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring gently. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 12 minutes.
When chicken mixture is nearly cooked and thickened, stir in mozzarella cheese. Pour sauce over veggies.
Bake at 600 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 40 minutes.
