1 (18 ounce) package peach puree
2 cups brown sugar
1 1/4 cups peach preserves
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1 pint vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) package instant coffee pudding mix
1 cup sliced peaches
In a small saucepan, combine peach puree, 2 cups brown sugar, peach preserves, vanilla, milk and pudding mix.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring constantly, for approximately 20 minutes.
Remove from heat. Remove peaches from jars. Pour juice over peach mixture. Let stand for 15 minutes.
