1/3 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, orange zest, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, soy sauce, salt, vinegar, oil and orange soda in a slow cooker. Mix well, cover, and cook on low for 4 hours for best results.
