1 (19 ounce) can apple pie filling
1 (9 inch) pie crust
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix pie filling, butter, flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, flour, and sugar. Stir in milk.
Bake pie in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Slice and serve hot.
