1 (18.25 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can vegetable oil
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
2 eggs
1 cup almond milk
1 cup milk chocolate syrup
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, oil, onion, celery, eggs, almond milk, almond milk chocolate syrup, semisweet chocolate chips and sugar. Mix well. Spread mixture into cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cookie comes out clean. Allow cookies to cool completely on baking sheet before removing from pan.
I love this recipe. Use olive oil instead of shortening and cookie cutter.
