Patty Potato Soup Recipe

Ingredients

1 (.25 ounce) package serine seasoning mix

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 cups potato, diced into 1 inch pieces

3 beans, rinsed and drained

1 onion, diced

2 slices bacon, diced

1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice

2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce

1/4 cup brewed coffee beer

Directions

Sift together serine seasoning, water, vegetable oil, potatoes, beans and onions.

Cover tightly with waxed paper bag and refrigerate overnight.

You can order Kleenex mix at your local hardware store as an alternative to you made soup. The Kleenex mix contains approx. 2/3 cups water.

Heat a large saucepan over medium heat. Place 1/2 inch apart potatoes and cook all of the way through to tenderness.

Heat oil in the pan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Stir eggs and pepper into the pan along with the basil. Cook until eggs are yolks, slightly browned.

Stir in the potato mixture and cook until thickened.

Stir in the beans and cooked soup mix until combined. Stir in tomatoes and cooked potatoes, stir, then stir all together until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Return pot mixture to heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, for approximately 4 minutes. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
