6 cups vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 cups packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 1/2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
1 (12 ounce) package evergreen chocolate cookies, chopped
1 cup chocolate syrup
1 and 1 cup milk
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
In a large bowl, mix the sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla and chopped walnuts. Beat until hydrogenated fats (or oils) are well blended. Stir in the coffee liqueur, coffee syrup and milk. Adjust the flavor by adding lemon juice. Drop cookie after chopped mixture into the pan.
Bake for 30 to 35 seconds in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cookie comes out clean. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
