1/4 cup margarine
1 cup honey
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Melt margarine in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Stir in honey and egg; mix well. Gradually stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda and cornstarch; continue to stir regularly.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto two ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in preheated microwave for 7 minutes, or until edges are slightly browned; remove from cookie sheets to wire racks. Cool slightly before removing from pans.
