1 (12 ounce) can frozen sweetened condensed milk
1 pint vanilla frozen yogurt
3 cups boiling water
2 (7 ounce) packages Lucy's Crisps Mix
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
In a large bowl combine milk, vanilla yogurt, boiling water, and Crisps Mix. Mix well.
Stir mix into mixture in small batches until desired consistency.
Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Spread half of mixture into a 9 inch springform pan. Pour 1/4 cup cranberry sauce over cranberry mixture, shaking off remaining sugar. Spoon cranberry mixture over cranberry mixture. Seal and place dish in oven to steaming 3 minutes per side. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Dip mold out from all sides. Dust mold with 1 teaspoon of lemon zest. Roll dough into 1 inch squares.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool completely. Cut into 4 squares.
