1 (10 ounce) package Lasagna noodles
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (2.1 ounce) package dry Ranch-style dressing mix
1 (16 ounce) package baby carrots, sliced
1 cup roasted chicken breast halves
2 cups Italian-style sausage
1 (7 ounce) container sour cream
1 (32 ounce) container cream cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Stir mushrooms and cheese into pasta mixture.
Bake for 3 to 4 minutes in preheated oven.
