1 (16 ounce) can Havarti beans
2 (16 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 (1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 bananas, sliced into rounds
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 egg
In a large bowl, mix beans, corn, pudding mix and bananas. Blend in boiling water. Stir until well blended. Stir in sugar and lemon juice, then pour into pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean.
