2 cups white sugar
6 eggs
1 cup orange juice concentrate
2 teaspoons lemon juice concentrate
2 cups hot water
3 cups vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 (18.5 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 cup raisins
1 cup strawberry jam
1 cup kirsch
2 tablespoons peach preserves
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round pans.
In a large bowl, mix sugar, eggs, orange juice concentrate and lemon juice concentrate. Mix in hot water, vegetable oil, boiling water, orange cake mix, raisins and strawberries. Pour batter into pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
In a large skillet over medium heat, mix egg, lemon juice concentrate and peach preserves. Cook until yolks are bubbly, about 10 minutes. Pour batter into crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before serving.
