6 eggs
2 cups white sugar
1 cup butter
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In large bowl, beat eggs until frothy, about 10 minute. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, butter, vinegar and vanilla; mix well. Fold together and pour into separation.
Line cake pans or ramekins with plastic wrap, allowing room to expand about 2 inches from the sides of the pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before topping with whipped cream or graham cracker crumbs.
