1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/8 cup applesauce
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon orange zest
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a saucepan, melt butter, brown sugar, applesauce, eggs, vanilla, baking soda and brown sugar. Mix slowly over a third of the time, stirring constantly. Slowly pour into the greased cookie sheets.
Meanwhile, mix brown sugar, chopped walnuts, orange slices, lemon zest, lemon juice, lemon zest and lemon zest in small bowl until well blended. Press crumble mixture into the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with sliced peaches.
Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for at least 10 minutes. Invert onto the serving platter.
