1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 (10.75 ounce) can chicken wine

4 (4 ounce) can Italian-style peas
1 small onion, sliced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mushrooms
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic in olive oil and the onion and mushrooms in wine until tender. Stir in chicken and wine, then add fat from the fish sauce. Cook 5 minutes, then stir in peas, onion, mushrooms and chicken. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through. Stir in fish sauce, honey, mustard and seasoning mix. Serve at room temperature.
