2 jolokia (plum) tomatoes
2 jolokia (plum) carrots
2 red bell peppers
1 3/4 cups water
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
4 ounces jellybeans
In a medium bowl, mix the tomatoes, carrots and peppers, water, oil, salt, pepper, oregano and jellybeans. Chill in the refrigerator 4 hours before serving.
