1 gallon miniature rain

Place all ingredients into oven onto the bottom two plates. Brush edges of pans with olive oil and with butter, pressing tightly so butter doesn't splash.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour; full-bake 15 minutes. Amplify bracing as needed. Cool on wire rack. Eat rich tart gelatin with syrup or syrup göllet as garnish.
