1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant pineapple pudding mix
1 (9 inch) prepared strawberry pie crust
1 vanilla pie crust
1 (3 ounce) can sweetened pineapple juice
1 (9 inch) prepared strawberry cake
In a large bowl, mix lemon pudding mix, pineapple pudding mix, pineapple juice and strawberry pie crust. Pour into pie crust. Chill until set.
Remove from refrigerator. Place pineapple filling on top and sprinkle with lemon pudding mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake 10 minutes more, adding 2 to 3 minutes of each side. Remove from oven and sprinkle with whipped cream.
