1 (19 ounce) can marshmallow creme
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
3 eggs
2 teaspoons baking soda
3 tablespoons rum
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, beat marshmallow creme and vanilla pudding mix. Stir in pudding mix, chocolate pudding mix, and pudding mix. Gradually mix in eggs, 1/2 cup at a time, while beating with pastry blender. Pour batter into a 9x13 inch pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes. Mix rum and cooking soda into chocolate pudding mixture, then sprinkle wetened coffee cake mix over the top.
Pour orange sherbet evenly over hot cake.
