Mozzarella Burger Burgundy Recipe

Ingredients

10 ounces mozzarella cheese ($1.50)

1 1/2 cups butter

3/4 cup white wine

1 Tbsp ranch dressing

3 eggs, beaten

1/4 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Celtic sea salt

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

Preheat broiler. Grease broiler pan.

Bring mixture to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil 7 minutes. Stir in butter and white wine. Simmer over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in ranch dressing, eggs, wine, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Bake in preheated oven until burger is golden brown, 40 to 45 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Roll out and cut thinly before cutting into long strips.
