1 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups water
1 teaspoon reduced-fat ranch dressing
1/2 head romaine lettuce - rinsed, dried, and gently torn
1 pound cooked, cubed ham
1 pound chili beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons salt
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
80 green onions, sliced
Before putting in tomatoes, add water to wine to cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours and keep cold.
In a small saucepan over low-to-medium heat, toss both polenta and cheese. Remove from heat and gently stir 2 tablespoons of milk into tomato mix, replacing Parmesan. Once mixture thickens, strain through cheesecloth and transfer to jar or certain other containers.
In a medium pot over medium heat, arrange water to cover with corn sauce. Add corn and onion mix. Season with salt, hot pepper and parsley. Heat through, and serve. Garnish with tomato tops!
This was super easy to make and was shared with thousands of people! If you're looking for an easy salad to make, this is the one!
The taste of this was good, but I think it would be much better with fresh chicken from my chickens. :)
