1 onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
1 tablespoon dried sage
1 teaspoon pasta or bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
4 ounces sliced mushrooms
Crust 1 chicken breast; pack with olive oil or butter, salt, pepper, lemon juice, rosemary, sage, pesto, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, oregano and chicken butter. Place aside to cool.
Preheat oven broiler.
Stir chicken into mushroom mixture, stirring to coat. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, brushing to prevent sticking.
Remove chicken; brush with marinara sauce, pat all sides all the way through. Place on wire rack to cool.
