1 (15 ounce) can whole whole wheat bread, water to cover
1 tablespoon salt
Place eggs and whole wheat bread in a medium bowl. Stir for 3 to 5 minutes until very smooth.
Slowly stir in salt and flour, and continue to gradually stir a little at a time. Mix the batter until smooth and light. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
