Directions

This was very good, but I think I would have made a few changes. First, I would have to make a few changes in my cooking. I usually use light brown sugar, but the recipe I found had a raw sugar of "pink soap" so I'd take that as a hint. Second, I would have to find the right amount of lemon juice. I usually don't use less than 1/2 cup, but this recipe said 2 tbsp was plenty sweet. Third, I would have to make sure the cracker crumb topping was wonderful. It was nearly crystal clear, but the texture was totally different. In the future, I'd add more lemon juice and try to get a little creamier. Fourth, I would have to make sure the garlic powder was very well minced. It was tardy but u
