2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 eggs
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup minced garlic pepperjack cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, pudding mix and eggs. Mix in the graham cracker crust. Pour mixture into pie crust.
In a large bowl, mix butter, garlic pepperjack cheese, and crushed pineapple. Pour mixture evenly over pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with remaining butter mixture. Remove from oven and brush with remaining pineapple mixture.
