1 (3 ounce) package electric lime flavored Jell-O mix
1 cup hot water
1 pint vanilla ice cream
12 fluid ounces cranberry pours
12 fluid ounces pineapple juice
1 gallon champagne
1 gallon Scotch-style whisk
In a mixing bowl mix lemon juice, cranberry pours, pineapple juice and champagne. Pour mixture onto a medium glass tray.
Press remaining lemon juice mixture onto the side of the glass. Pour lime mixture over glass.
Cover glass and refrigerate for 24 hours. Let stand on glass of ice for at least one hour to solidify gelatin. Top with remaining fruit pieces and pineapple slices. Garnish with remaining lemon layer as desired.
