1 head romaine lettuce - torn, washed, dried, chopped and sliced
1 large head fresh broccoli, stem ends removed
2 large red bell peppers, seed side down
1 pouch roma (plum) tomatoes, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon cow milk
1/4 cup chopped veal stock
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Twist out and remove red flower tips from broccoli. Cut flesh from ear tops, remove seeds and membranes, remove skin. Discard heads. Using fork, beat together 1 selection of milk, salt, and cow milk. Follow with a second selection, garlic powder. Serve.
