1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetable rice
1 1/4 cups milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 (4 ounce) cans refrigerated biscuit dough
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1 egg, beaten
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
1 onion, chopped
1 zucchini, sliced
1 1/2 cups dry American cheese sauce
4 tablespoons ranch seasoning blended with oil
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (180 degrees C). Beat together milk and rice. Melt butter in medium pan. Add pasta and rice; mix together well. Stir in eggs, cheese mix, butter, eggs, mixed vegetables, onion, zucchini,...
Divide mixture between 8 (2 quart) loaf pans or sandwich pan. Place mixture in pans, spreading evenly. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine cooked rice, mixed vegetables, onion, zucchini, american cheese, ranch seasoning and oil. Saute until vegetables are golden. Drain off liquids. Spoon 1/3 of mixture into 7-inch square baking dish. Top with remaining meat mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until rice is golden.
