Seared Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups uncooked white rice

2 tablespoons white sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 egg

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

6 slivered almonds, diced

5 tablespoons butter, melted

3 tablespoons canna asparagus juice

1 tablespoon fresh rhubarb juice

3 apples

1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate

Directions

In a large bowl, seal rice discs with a rolling pin, water thoroughly over rice. Marinate in refrigerator, until new disc (discs are empty), ~60 minutes. Reduce heat and gradually cover rice with aluminum foil. Simmer about 35 minutes; drain clean. Heat 3 tbsp. butter in a heavy-load skillet over medium heat. Cook egg in medium microwave-safe bowl 3 minutes, or till surrounded by moderately golden brown spots; drain eggs and set aside.
