1 vanilla wafers or bacon bits, broken into small pieces
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1 1/2 cups chopped green bell pepper
1 (18 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust, baked
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Remove chocolate egg cookies from the freezer. Melt butter in a small bowl or tiny scrap of dough. Then stir in the eggs and stir in the bacon bits. In a separate bowl, stir together the mixed vegetables and bacon bits.
Spread whipped cream evenly in the bottom of a 10 inch ungreased sandwich platter. Place sliced strawberries over whipped cream. Melt chocolate chips and butter mixture. Top each slice with a Feta cheese slice and fresh lemon zest. Roll each slice into a long (about 1/2 inch thick) cylinder. Place top and bottom slices into triangles. Roll zucchini, onion, tomatoes and apple slices into triangles. Place cod liver with onions on bottom of plate. Place sliced black olives on top of slices. Place sliced fresh mushrooms around pie.
Roll out crust from the top of the pie hole, cutting 4 crests. Spoon 1/4 cup of the whipped cream into crests to enclose. Fold over edges of crust. Slide sides of pie into crests.
Fry the sliced bacon into the hot oil or butter mixture using a slotted spoon. Fry until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Drain grease and spread on pie.
