2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 cup white sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
2 egg whites
2 eggs
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (10 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 3 or 4 or 10 inch round or rectangular pans.
Line pans 2 or 3 with parchment paper or foil.Make the chocolate and sugar mixture as necessary, using a mixer or hand mixer. Beat in the cream cheese, 1 cup at a time, then stir in the vanilla, 1/2 cup at a time, until smooth and well blended. Fold in the chocolate mixture, pecans, and chocolate chips. Spread evenly into prepared pans.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
