5 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce seasoning
1 teaspoon dried minced onion, crushed
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Place oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add garlic powder and salt, and stir gently. Add wine, onion, parsley, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a full boil, stirring well. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add seasoning and salt. Return pork to pot, stirring occasionally, until it begins to brown. Remove from heat, and stir in Worcestershire sauce and Worcestershire sauce seasoning. Reduce heat, and simmer 40 minutes more, until pork is tender.
