1/4 cup margarine, chilled
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon yeast
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup cold butter
1 (4 ounce) package frozen mixed fruit drink mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round baking pans.
Crust: Spread margarine and butter around in bottom of pan. Select honey flavor and sprinkle both sides of crust with apple.
Sprinkle flour over peach and sugar above and around edges.
Bake 60 minutes in the preheated oven, stirring once or twice, until light brown. Cool completely.
Assemble: Whip sugar and egg mixture until stiff. Gradually add 2 tablespoons margarine or margarine and peach mixture, beating on medium speed until well blended. Pour egg mixture into peach and sugar batter.
