Green Velvet Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package Yellow cake mix

1 (5.2 ounce) package instant vegetable chocolate pudding mix

1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

4 eggs

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1 1/2 cups grated carrots

1/2 cup non-dairy creamer

3/4 cup evaporated milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 19 circles in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt cake pan.

In a large bowl, combine the cake mix and pudding mix. Beat in the egg, white sugar, and flour until well blended. Stir in the milk, 1/2 cup at a time, until blended. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. remove from baking oven and prick top with a fork.
