4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 pounds Cabbage, diced
1 cup diced red bell pepper
1 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced red onions
1/2 cup canned black beans
1/2 chili powder
1/4 cup ground white pepper
1 large onion, finely chopped
In a skillet over medium heat, saute oil and red pepper until tender. Mix into the drained cabbage, tomatoes and red bell peppers; stir in the pureed vegetables. Cook and stir until the vegetables are hot and thick. Stir in the onion, mashed cabbage and hot chile peppers. Cook and stir until the onions touch the salt. Add the chili powder,ground white pepper and ground cumin. Place the onion in the mixture and cook for 1 more minute. Then, add the broth, 1 1/2 more chiles, 1/2 cooked sausage and salt seasoning. Add enough water to sauce to reach the bottom of a gallon water pot, and reserve.
