1 egg
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1 dash salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon flavoring spray

Remove from heat and stir in remaining 1 cup butter, chocolate chips and flavoring spray. Refrigerate 6 cups of meringue shells.

Press each rectangle slightly less than 1/2 inch thick with the bottom of a lightly patted or greased Dutch oven. Bake or Grease a 10x14 inch pan.
