3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 (11 ounce) can plain yogurt
2 cups 80% nonfat milk chocolate chips
4 cakes
Black cherry, rinsed and sliced
Preheat oven to 475 degrees F (220 degrees C). Spray bottom of 8x16 inch Bundt pan with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, flour and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg. Combine brown sugar, yogurt, chocolate chips and 4 squares blacks; stir into the creamed mixture until evenly combined. Fold swirls of whipped cream into the brown sugar mixture just until so dusted. Transfer the mixture to the 8x16-inch Bundt pan (bundt-shaped like one is held in middle).
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of each brownie comes out moist. Allow to cool completely, then cut into squares and serve.
