1 (18 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup butter, softened
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup raisins
1 cup strawberry jam
1 1/2 cups chopped almonds
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups confectioners' sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round pans or round cake pans.
In a large bowl, mix together sweetened condensed milk and white sugar. Beat in milk, eggs and vanilla extract until smooth. Beat in butter, baking powder and chocolate chips. Mix in apricots, cherries, red wine, strawberries, apricots, apricots, cherries, grapes, cherries, raisins and almonds. Spread evenly into prepared pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then loosen and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Allow to cool completely before frosting.
To make the frosting: Beat butter, baking powder and confectioners' sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, sugar and cocoa. Stir into whipped cream and chocolate pieces.
